Please click on each individual bottle link to get any additional detail. Glenfarclas 1966 Fino Casks Collector Series I: Distilled on the 23rd September 1966 and bottled on 18th December 2013 from Fino Cask #'s 4194, 4195, and 4197. One of 1444, 50.5%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1956 Sherry Casks Collector Series II: Distilled on 1st June 1956, 5th June 1956, and 30th October 1956, bottled on 15th July 2014 from respective Sherry Cask #'s 1762, 1774 and 2356. One of 660, 47.5%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 50 Year Old Collector Series III: Bottled on 24th April 2015. One of 937, 41.1%, 70cl.  Glenfarclas 1981 Port Cask Collector Series IV: Distilled on 16th January 1981, bottled on 19th May 2016 from single Port Cask # 521. One of 521, 47.9%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1986 Refill Sherry Butts Collector Series V: Distilled on 26th September 1986, bottled on 19th May 2016 from Refill Sherry Butt #'s 3454 and 3457. One of 1094, 53.8%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1976 40 Year Old Collector Series VI: Distilled in 1976 and bottled on 19th May 2016. One of 1500, 43.7% 70cl. This last bottle has been signed by George Grant.

Ledaig 2009 15 Year Old Silver Seal Scotch Whisky distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024. This limited edition release, drawn from Cask No. 11063, is limited to 300 bottles worldwide. An independent bottling by Silver Seal exclusively bottling for Mizunara's 10th Anniversary.

The label features the Pica Serica, a symbol of good fortune and auspiciousness. In Chinese culture, these charming birds are seen as messengers of good news, embodying hope and blessings.

This lovely peat smoke whisky promises a unique and memorable tasting experience.

Color: Gold Nose: Vibrant aroma with sweet smoke, a subtle hint of ash alongside some toffee, zesty and buttery lemon tart Palate: A mix of some lightly smoked orchard fruits with hints of dried fruit, seaweed and spices. Add some water and caramel sweetness kicks  in with some barbecued honey bacon Finish: Some spices and subtle smoke at the back end.

Cask: First-fill Sherry casks, American Oak and Ex-bourbon barrels

The Glasgow Blend by Compass Box, introduced in 2014, is a full-bodied blended Scotch whisky composed of 33% Lowland grain and 67% malt whisky from the Highlands, Speyside, and Islay. It ages in a mix of first-fill and refill ex-bourbon barrels, first-fill Sherry casks, and a small portion in new French oak, resulting in a flavor profile rich in sherried fruit and peaty notes. The label features The Wellington Statue, topped with a traffic cone, symbolizing Glasgow's sense of humor.

Tasting Note from distillery: Full, bold and smoky on the palate, Glasgow Blend unites the rich spice and fruitcake-like notes of Sherry cask ageing with the maritime punch of Islay malt whisky.

Winning a Gold Medal at The Spirits Business in 2019, a Silver Medal in 2022 from the same competition, and a Silver Medal at the 2019 International Spirits Challenge.

Cask: Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks

A peated Glendronach is not something that you see often though we must emphasize that it comes across as gently or lightly peated. Initially matured in bourbon casks and then into Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, this whisky leans more towards bourban cask flavors -  honey wax, malty, floral, spicy notes and subtle smoky elements. More earthy notes than the usual islay smoke or maritime saltiness while retaining the character of the Glendronach spirit.

Cask: New Charred Oak/ First Fill Bourbon / PX Sherry

Named after the southern most point of Islay, which is Mull of Oa (the rounded headland that shelters the distillery from the wild Atlantic) this is a vatting of different cask maturations including new charred oak, PX Sherry and first fill bourbon.

Cask: Madeira cask

Size: 700 ml

Madeira is a fortified wine available in a range of dry to sweet styles. A full Madeira cask maturation is quite rare and brings a rich fruity character balanced with the citrus and floral creaminess of the Kilchoman distillate. Distilled in May 2016, matured for over 5+ years in 46 fresh Madeira hogsheads, before being bottled at 50% ABV in August 2021.  While originally planned for release in late 2021, a bottle shortage resulted in a delayed release/shipment to Hong Kong.( Officially released in March 2022 in the UK) 

Nose: Caramel, Orange peel, Ripe plums and Rich smoke. Palate: Bright citrus zest, peach, Dark chocolate with ripe fruits. Finish: Juicy fruits, some burnt sugar with smoke.

17,000 bottles were released.

The Loch Gorm 2019 Edition is a vatting of 20 oloroso sherry butts filled in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. Layers of stewed plums, pears and tropical fruit have become more defined in the casks as they age, complimenting the bold, spicy and rich character of early releases, creating a beautiful marriage of Kilchoman and oloroso sherry cask maturation. Limited to 15,000 bottles worldwide.

Loch Gorm 2022 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega José y Miguel Martín for a minimum of 8 years.  The 22 casks selected are a combination of 20 fresh and 2 refill casks.  The sherry soaked oak adds layers of rich fruity character which balance beautifully with the classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours.

This 50 ppm Limited EDITION release has been fully matured in Fino Sherry Casks from Bodega Miguel Martin in Spain. This is a vatting of 11 fresh butts and 1 refill butt. 

Nose: fresh and floral with plenty of coastal influence. Seaside freshness gives way to tropical fruit, light citrus and malty sweetness. Palate: juicy tropical fruit and earthy peat smoke combined with spices, lemon zest and a creamy, malty sweetness. Finish: long and bold with gentle peat smoke, cashews and almonds with the dry saline influence of the fino coming forward. 10,500 bottles released worldwide with limited availability in Hong Kong. Not often you come across a fino matured whisky.

This Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Springbank Distillery was matured for 10 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. It offers a complex mixture of mineral-earthy and fruity notes. Nose: Orchard fruit (pear) with a hint of peat, vanilla and malt. Palate: Malt, oak, spice, nutmeg and cinnamon, vanilla essence. Finish: Sweet, with a lingering salty tingle (Tasting Notes from the distillery).  World Whiskies Award 2014.

This single malt from Clynelish Distillery has been bottled exclusively for the friends of the classic malts in 2009. Matured in European oak cask for 12 years and bottled without any chill filtering. Whiskyfun comments .... "very good and rather more ‘freshly’ fruity than other young Clynelishes. Maybe a little less ‘old Highlands’ than usual." Whiskyfun rating 85 Points (full review here).

Labels have wear and tear without any box. Label is the old Map label. Sold in "as is" condition.
