Crafted from the “Genji-imo” sweet potato and a special rice variety from the Samurai era, this shochu is a unique blend developed after 154 years.
- HACHI Shochu Umeshu (Nanko Ume) (19%):
A cask-matured shochu combining Koshu Yaki Imo Shochu made from baked Kogane Sengan and Annou Imo sweet potatoes, offering a delightful aroma and rich flavor.
