Pōkeno [pronounced Paw - Que - No] Distillery in New Zealand, is nestled in a warm, misty, humid valley protected by the volcanic hills from which they source their pure natural spring water. The Distillery uses the finest barley, sourced from three family-owned farms in New Zealand's richly fertile South Island.

Starting with local ingredients and the perfect location for making and maturing whisky, Pōkeno focuses on making Single Malt Whisky which has been crafted to capture the unique and pure spirit of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Pokeno Distillery from New Zealand's North Island, inspired by climate and culture, pokeno only using the local ingredients. The "Origin" fully matured in a first fill bourbon barrel. Tasting Notes: Toasted vanilla beans and sweet butterscotch give way to citrus notes, creamy toffee and hints of caramelised banana for a sweet, complex and lingering finish.
