This Japanese Single Cask #17202 Single Malt Whisky has been finished in Sherry Wood  and only 283 bottles were released in February 2021. Nose: Fresh citrus, honey and wet dough, cereal/malty notes along with fresh oak Palate: Sweet honey, fresh green fruits like apple and pear. Finish: Continued notes of vanilla and honey with a hint of dark chocolate and some cinnamon and cloves on the finish.

Adding water enhances the citrus notes, almost like a chardonnay on the nose along with an enjoyable sweetness.
