Named after the Robin Redbreast (the only bird which sings continuously throughout the dark Irish winters embodying the enduring spirit in braving the harsh winters), this single pot still Irish whiskey is made from a mash of Malted and Unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. To enhance the flavour complexity and qualities, it is matured in a Bourbon seasoned American oak barrels and Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts.
