It is a long-term aged Kokuto Genshu (raw and undiluted shochu, resulting in a higher ABV) produced using only pure brown sugar manufactured in-house from sugar cane grown organically in their own farm in Kikaijima. This vintage bottle of Genshu is aged for 5 years, using only brown sugar produced in 2004. You can enjoy the deep aroma of brown sugar and the long-lasting richness unique to Genshu.
