Glenfarclas 50 Year Old Collector Series III: Bottled on 24th April 2015. One of 937, 41.1%, 70cl.  Glenfarclas 1981 Port Cask Collector Series IV: Distilled on 16th January 1981, bottled on 19th May 2016 from single Port Cask # 521. One of 521, 47.9%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1986 Refill Sherry Butts Collector Series V: Distilled on 26th September 1986, bottled on 19th May 2016 from Refill Sherry Butt #'s 3454 and 3457. One of 1094, 53.8%, 70cl. Glenfarclas 1976 40 Year Old Collector Series VI: Distilled in 1976 and bottled on 19th May 2016. One of 1500, 43.7% 70cl. The label features the Pica Serica, a symbol of good fortune and auspiciousness. In Chinese culture, these charming birds are seen as messengers of good news, embodying hope and blessings.

This lovely peat smoke whisky promises a unique and memorable tasting experience.

Color: Gold Nose: Vibrant aroma with sweet smoke, a subtle hint of ash alongside some toffee, zesty and buttery lemon tart Palate: A mix of some lightly smoked orchard fruits with hints of dried fruit, seaweed and spices. Add some water and caramel sweetness kicks  in with some barbecued honey bacon Finish: Some spices and subtle smoke at the back end.

On the palate creamy with toffee, ripe summer fruits and a subtle hint of charred wood."

Distilled on 1st September and 19th November 1953, this was Bottled on 11th August 2006 after being matured in First Fill and Refill sherry casks #2600 & #3597.

Nose: Displays aromas of ripe oranges, polished hardwood floors and old leather. Some heathery notes develop along with a touch of menthol and vanilla. Palate: Very fruity, juicy ripe oranges along with dark chocolate, toasted malt and a developing edge. Finish: Smooth and long finish with a menthol note remaining.

"Sado - The Guest". This is a Single Cask (#129/2013) bottling exclusively for Mizunara, Hong Kong. Bottled in November 2020 with 254 bottles released, this has been matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for nearly seven years and then finished in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead for over ten months. A Nose of citrus fruits and raisins and a Palate of mixed fruits, salted caramel and dry spice with peat smoke at the back end, the Finish is long with rich fruits, lots of spices like cloves and cardamom along with dry smoke. 

This bottling represents a continuation of the story of SADO, from Mizunara's previous Single Cask bottling (767/2011 label focusing on the HOST) and this time around focuses on the GUEST, both of whom share mutual respect during a Japanese Tea Ceremony ("SADO"). The label for both the bottles were designed by Kenro Shinchi, an artist based out of Koshikishima Island in Kagoshima, Japan.
